o Added support for an export tagline. Currently one
tagline only is supported. I will be coming out with a
configuration in which multiple taglines will be
supported. A tagline can then be "attached" to a
conference for more flavour.

o Corrected some problems with bi-directional protocol
handling. See the mailprot.dat file (sample) and also
see the protocol definition instructions in
"ronmail.doc".
o Added a prompt when downloading a packet to allow
changing the file transfer protocol or aborting the
transfer.
o Changed the user conference configuration to be more
standardized.
o Added an option to reduce the high message read by xx
number of messages in the conference configuration
instead of entering a new high message number read.
The command for this is "-xxxx" where -xxxx is the
number to reduce your high message read pointer by.
